Elite Mānuka honey: UMF® levels naturally vary in Mānuka honey depending on Mānuka plant varieties and environmental factors. Our UMF® 18+ honey is a superior product within the Mānuka honey range, thanks to its high UMF® level and limited produce. To collect UMF® 18+ of the finest quality, our hives are exclusively placed in well-researched and untouched locations in East Cape of New Zealand by helicopters. This ensures our bees are accessible to the highest-performance Mānuka nectar without travelling far.
