How to use
A rich delicious treat: our UMF™ 10+ is a dark amber colour, with a caramel-like chewy texture and rich, complex and earthy taste. It is delicious eaten straight from the jar, added to your cooking or baking and used in warm or chilled drinks. A spoonful of UMF™ 10+ infused in warm water with a squeeze of lemon is our team’s favourite pick-me-up drink on wintry days.
All our Mānuka honey products carry the Mānuka Originz guarantee. This gives every customer the ability to trace their New Zealand Mānuka product all the way back to its source of origin.
UMF™ stands for ‘Unique Mānuka Factor’, and as a quality assurance mark ensures quality and purity of UMF™ honey products.
